What it is

Dante Mayfair is the London home of Dante, the New York bar and restaurant owned by Linden Pride and Nathalie Hudson. After a 2025 pop-up at Claridge's, it opened permanently in June 2026 in the hotel's former restaurant, with a terrace and a private dining room for 14. The Italian-American menu runs from burrata di Puglia (£21) and shrimp cocktail (£34) to cacio e pepe (£31), pappardelle al ragù (£29), Dante's smash burger (£29), chicken alla diavola with green goddess dressing (£36 a half, £72 whole) and lobster linguine with a grilled half lobster, served at the table (£75). A sticky toffee doughnut is flambéed with whisky. The MICHELIN Guide added it to its London selection in September 2026.
