To help us answer quickly, start your subject line with one of these:

• Correction: tell us the page and what is wrong. If a restaurant has closed, changed its name or moved, a link to the restaurant's own announcement helps.
• Restaurant update: if you run or represent a restaurant, send opening dates, booking links and press kits. This helps us keep listings accurate. Material you send doesn't count as coverage: the buzz part of the score counts only independent sources, as explained in How we pick.
• Photo: to give us permission to use your photos, or to ask us to remove a photo you own. If you own a photo on the site and did not agree to its use, we will take it down while we look into it.
• Privacy request or Privacy complaint: to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to complain about how we have handled it. We reply to requests within one month, or, if we need longer, tell you why within that month. We acknowledge complaints within 30 days. The privacy notice explains your rights in full.
• Advertising and partnerships: for advertising, sponsorship and other commercial enquiries.
• Press: for interviews and media enquiries.
